Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. At https://oncallpharmacy.ca, we are committed to providing you with a safe and satisfying online shopping experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the products under the following conditions:

Return Conditions

  • Return period: You have a legal period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return products that do not suit you.

  • Product condition: Returned products must be in their original condition, unopened, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, with all labels intact.

  • Return shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part (wrong product, product damaged during shipping). In these cases, we will provide you with a prepaid return label.

Return Procedure

  2. Prepare your package: Carefully pack the products to be returned, including a copy of your invoice and the return number.

  3. Ship your package: Ship your package to the following address: 41 Avenue Northeast, Calgary, AB, CA T2E

  4. Refund: Once your return has been received and inspected, we will refund the amount of your purchase to the original payment method. You will receive your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt of your package.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will send you a prepaid return label and send you a new product at no additional cost.
